About Us

Our Story

As former strategy consultants, we have helped over 100 businesses over the last 25 years unlock billions of dollars in profit growth by leveraging insights from granular profit measurement to guide strategic resource allocation and business model changes for clients across manufacturing, retail, consumer products, healthcare and financial services sectors.

After witnessing the game-changing impact of granular profit insights, our clients sought solutions for ongoing measurement and reporting of granular profit.  This served as the inspiration behind Granulytix.  We initially invested in the development of two cutting-edge technologies.  The first is our proprietary Calculation Engine, which enables us to connect with various source systems and apply the custom client-specific algorithms to calculate granular profit across products, customers, geographies and channels.  To complement this, we created a powerful Visualization Platform designed to navigate and analyze potentially millions of micro-P&L’s with ease. 

 

We further evolved our Visualization Platform based on client feedback to offer both self-upload functionality and advanced analytical modules like regression analysis, and thus transformed our visualization technology into a standalone product, empowering organizations to drive insights on other multi-dimensional data sets.

Now, we’re supercharging financial and strategic analysis with GranulytixIQ, our agentic generative AI solution. This tool accelerates the analytical workflow by efficiently gathering data across structured and unstructured sources, running advanced analytics, automatically generating intuitive visualizations, summarizing key insights, and even suggesting next steps.

Dennis Kubaile

Over a 20+ year strategy consulting career, Dennis has advised clients on a wide range of strategic issues including overall resource allocation, growth investments, M&A and divestiture opportunities, pricing strategies, manufacturing and distribution network redesign and various cost reduction initiatives.  Past clients include Caterpillar, Abbott, Boeing, Coca-Cola, Mylan/Viatris, Boots plc, JP Morgan Chase, and several regional banks.

With Granulytix, Dennis aims to package his extensive strategy experiences and uncommon client service to empower organizations with deeper and more efficient actionable insights to make better decisions and drive profitable growth.

 

Dennis has a BA in Economics and Political Science from Yale and an MBA from The Wharton School.  He lives in Denver with his family and has a borderline unhealthy obsession with collecting model cars.

Prior to founding Granulytix, Garrett spent 3 years in data science and FP&A at Liberty Mutual and 6 years with Galt & Company, where he and Dennis met.  Garrett leads our technological innovation and development capitalizing on his extensive data analytics and financial modeling experience combined with his interest in technology, coding and automation.

Garrett is keen to drive efficiencies across the analytical workflow.  He sees the evolution of Artificial Intelligence as a perfect opportunity to harness and codify our extensive experience and knowledge base to empower managers with the automated tools to drive deeper and faster insights.

Garrett lives in Chicago with his wife and furry Samoyed, Nala.  He has a BS in Finance and Economics from Providence College.
